Let's meet to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. We'll ensure that we're a good match and can add value to your home building project.
We'll connect you with our preferred lender for a conversation about your budget and to get you pre-approved.
In our second meeting, we'll discuss your design preferences and ideas, and configure them with your budget and timeline.
Once we finalize the design, we'll proceed to the contract phase, requiring a 5% earnest deposit applied towards your closing. Our architects will then begin the floor plan and exterior elevation revision and completion.
During the interior and exterior design rendering phase, we'll engineer your home's plan while providing you access to our construction timeline app.
Construction commences, starting with the ground works, foundation, framing, and roofing/windows.
The construction phase follows which includes access to our construction management and timeline app.
PHASE I
Site Prep / Foundation: The first step in the construction phase is the site preparation, where we clear the land and prepare the foundation for your home. This includes grading, excavation, and pouring of the foundation.
Framing: Once the foundation is set, we move on to framing, which is the skeleton of your home. 2×6 Exterior walls and ZIP System wall sheathing is standard on all of our builds. Combining the use of quality materials, our in house experienced framing crew, and our structural engineers will ensure that your home’s frame is sturdy and strong.
Roofing / Windows: After framing is complete, we install the roof and windows, which help protect your home from the elements.
PHASE II
MEP Rough In’s: In this phase, we install all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This includes wiring, plumbing pipes, ductwork, and HVAC systems. Our experienced professionals ensure that everything is up to code and installed properly.
Low Voltage Rough In’s: This includes the installation of audiovisual systems, security, and low voltage wiring.
PHASE III
Insulation: Once the rough-ins are complete, we move on to insulation, which helps regulate the temperature inside your home and reduces energy consumption. Fully encapsulated foam insulation is standard on all of our builds.
Drywall: After insulation is installed, we install drywall to create the interior walls of your home.
Exterior Finishes / Cladding: We then proceed to add exterior finishes and cladding bringing the exterior elevation renderings you designed to life.
PHASE IV
Flooring: This phase involves the installation of the flooring, which includes hardwood, tile, or any other type of flooring that you choose.
Cabinets / Countertops: We then proceed to install the cabinetry and countertops in your kitchen and bathrooms.
Trim / Doors: We install trim around doors and windows, crown molding, and baseboards to give your home a finished look.
Interior / Exterior Paint: Once everything is installed, we move on to painting the interior and exterior of your home.
PHASE V
MEP Trim: This phase involves the installation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, such as lighting fixtures, faucets, and appliances.
Flatwork: We then proceed to install the flatwork, which includes sidewalks, driveways, and patios.
Landscape / Fence: We install landscaping, such as flowerbeds, grass, and fencing to complete the look of your home’s exterior.
PHASE VI
Before handing over the keys to your new home, we ensure that everything is cleaned and inspected thoroughly.
HOME FINISHED
Once we’ve completed all of the phases, we’ll provide you with the keys to your brand new, custom-built home. Enjoy your new space!
