You are able to make selections on everything in your home. A few examples are; the floor, specific wall colors, light fixtures, cabinetry, sink types, and plumbing trim finish.

Yes, if you don’t yet have a floor plan selected, we can show you floor plans based on your desired criteria

Yes, you may bring your own floor plan. Our team will make sure it meets city requirements and that it can fit on your lot.

Yes, there can be upgrades. But we must plan ahead - if not planned accordingly, changes can delay the process and incur additional costs.

We do our best to make sure we planned for everything before we even start construction.

We would much rather you let us know, or schedule a walk through with us - only because sometimes it can be dangerous to be in there when there are workers present or at certain stages of the construction process.

Unfortunately, some events in life are unforseeable. If this happens, we will mutually terminate the contract. The earnest deposit will be kept to compensate for costs that have been made.

If we are providing the house and the lot, then yes. If you provide your own lot, then we will only charge you the price of the home construction.

Yes the standard kitchen appliances are included, and we can always add more appliances that you may need. We deliver and install them.

Yes you may bring your own subcontractor if you have a trusted contractor. However, there is a possibility that there might be delays or additional costs because they could include/not include services or products that our own contractor may include/not. Planning everything ahead of time will help alleviate.
